WHO WE ARE

A gathering of believers in and followers of Jesus Christ, led by the Holy Spirit, and belonging to God the Father through the Baptismal promises and faith given to us.

Older persons, younger persons, and everyone in between

Life-long Lutherans, those brought up in other faiths, and those new to the church and the faith

A church that respects the roots  and history of the church before the Reformation and honors the teachings of Martin Luther and other Reformers

Part of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America

St. James Lutheran Church, founded in 1891 and at our present location since 1916, serving the local community and the world through our living and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ.
