KITCHEN TEAM

This team helps to keep the kitchen in order by organizing the closet and drawers and making sure that supplies are kept in stock.

FOOD FOR SPECIAL EVENTS

Provide a special dish to been joyed at a special event or to provide food for coffee fellowship.  Ask randomly throughout the year as needed.

COFFEE FELLOWSHIP FOOD

Be willing to assist someone who is hosting the coffee fellowship by providing baked goods, crackers, cheese, fruits fro the fellowship  time following worship.  On an as needed basis.

COFFEE FELLOWSHIP HOST

Provide hospitality for Sunday morning fellowship by preparing coffee/tea, setting up and cleaning up and possibly providing food.  Scheduled to host 4 times per year.

COMMUNITY MEAL LUNCH

St. James provides a community meal the 3rd Monday of every other month.  Volunteers are needed to prepare meals in the early afternoon or to help serve the meal and clean up afterwards.  No previous experience is required.  Approximately 6-12 times per year.

COMMUNITY MEAL DINNER

St. James provides a community meal the 4th Thursday of every other month.  Volunteers are needed to prepare meals in the early afternoon or to help serve the meal and clean up afterwards.  No previous experience is required.  Approximately 6 times per year.

EASTER POTLUCK BREAKFAST

This team is responsible for hosting our Easter Potluck Breakfast.  Duties are usually divided into three areas  : set-up, serving, clean-up.  Individuals help in the area of their choosing.

LENTEN SOUP

Be willing to provide soup for the Soup suppers during Lent.  Soup Suppers are held prior to Wednesday night worship during Lent.

LENTEN HOSPITALITY TEAM

This team is responsible for the set-up, the serving and the clean-up for our Lenten Soup Suppers.  Commitment is 2-3 Wednesday nights during the season of Lent.

REFORMATION SUNDAY POTLUCK

This team is responsible for hosting our Reformation German Potluck Luncheon.  Duties are usually divided into three areas:  set -up, serving and clean-up.  Individuals help in the areas of their choosing.
